The Survivor
Long before I became a coach, I learned what it meant to fight through adversity. At just 10 years old, I was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that rapidly changed the course of my life. Within days, I lost the ability to move and spent six weeks in a coma while my family faced an uncertain future. The road back was long, requiring extensive rehabilitation, determination, and an unwavering belief that recovery was possible.

That experience shaped the foundation of who I am today. It taught me that resilience is not about never facing setbacks—it’s about choosing to keep moving forward despite them. I learned firsthand that the greatest victories often begin with the smallest steps and that true strength is built through perseverance, patience, and hope.
Those lessons continue to guide my work every day. Whether I’m helping an athlete overcome performance anxiety, supporting someone through a personal challenge, or speaking to teams about mental toughness, I draw from the perspective of someone who has lived through adversity. My mission isn’t simply to help people perform better—it’s to help them recognize that their greatest obstacles can become the very foundation of their greatest strengths.
At Athlete Mindset HQ, we believe that your story does not define your limits—it reveals your potential. My journey is proof that setbacks don’t have to be the end of your story. Sometimes, they’re where your greatest purpose begins.
The Student
My recovery taught me the value of resilience, but my curiosity inspired me to pursue a deeper understanding of how people think, grow, and perform. That curiosity became a lifelong commitment to learning.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology, where I developed a strong foundation in human development, behavior, and the factors that shape emotional and psychological well-being. Wanting to better understand the mental side of performance, I continued my education by earning a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology. Through advanced study in mental performance, motivation, psychological skills training, research methods, and athlete development, I discovered that success is rarely determined by physical talent alone—it is built through mindset, preparation, resilience, and purposeful action.
Education has never been about collecting degrees or certifications for me. It has been about becoming the best coach, mentor, and leader I can be for the people I serve. Every course, every research project, every certification, and every professional experience has reinforced my belief that learning is a lifelong pursuit and that growth never truly ends.
Today, I remain a dedicated student of psychology, rehabilitation, leadership, health, fitness, and human performance. I continually seek out new research, evidence-based practices, and innovative strategies that allow me to provide athletes, coaches, teams, and individuals with the highest level of support possible.
Because at Athlete Mindset HQ, I believe the best coaches never stop being students.
The Coach
Coaching has never been just a profession for me—it is my calling.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, athletes, students, and individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. Whether in the classroom, the weight room, on the wrestling mat, or in one-on-one coaching sessions, my purpose has always been the same: to help people discover strengths they didn’t know they possessed.
As a mental performance coach, sport psychology professional, educator, and certified personal trainer, I believe that lasting success is built from the inside out. Physical preparation is important, but confidence, resilience, discipline, emotional intelligence, and self-belief are what allow people to perform consistently when the pressure is highest.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in evidence-based practices, genuine relationships, and individualized support. Every person I work with has a unique story, unique challenges, and unique goals. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, I strive to meet people where they are and help them develop the mindset, habits, and skills needed to reach their full potential.
For me, success isn’t measured only by championships, medals, or statistics. It’s measured by the confidence someone gains, the obstacles they overcome, the character they develop, and the person they become long after the competition ends.
The Mission
Athlete Mindset HQ was founded on one simple belief: every person has the capacity to become stronger than their circumstances.
My mission is to help athletes, coaches, teams, students, and high performers build the mindset necessary to thrive under pressure, embrace adversity, and pursue excellence with confidence and purpose. Through mental performance coaching, education, leadership development, and public speaking, I aim to provide practical tools that create lasting change—not just in performance, but in life.
Everything I do is guided by a commitment to integrity, compassion, continuous growth, and service. I want every individual who works with me to leave believing more deeply in themselves than when they first arrived.
If people remember me years from now, I hope they don’t simply remember my credentials or accomplishments. I hope they remember that I cared deeply, served selflessly, and helped others realize they were capable of far more than they ever imagined.
Because if you need healing, growth, confidence, or a renewed sense of purpose, you’ve come to the right place.
Welcome to Athlete Mindset HQ.
